Reduce the mental load of work with practical AI

A calm, practical introduction to using AI for everyday work — no jargon, no pressure.

Why These Workshops?

Most people don’t struggle with AI because they’re “not technical.”
They struggle because they’re busy, capable, and already carrying too much.

AI is becoming part of everyday work, but for many people, it’s been introduced through hype, noise, and confusing tutorials. That’s not helpful when you’re just trying to get through your day.

These workshops are different.

They’re designed for beginners who want a grounded, practical way to start using AI, without feeling rushed, talked down to, or overwhelmed.
You’ll learn at a steady pace, ask real questions, and leave with tools you can use immediately.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing things with less strain.

You’ll walk away with:

A clear, practical understanding of what AI is (and what it isn’t)
Confidence using AI as a support tool — not another thing to manage
Simple ways to write, think, and organise work more easily
Better outputs without losing your voice or integrity
A calm, human-first approach you can trust

3. Two Workshops, One Learning Path

These workshops are designed to work well together, while still standing on their own.

Together, they help you:

Understand AI clearly before applying it
Improve prompting without losing your voice
Create practical workflows you can reuse in real work
Learn within a calm, ethical, human-first framework

If you’d like to attend both workshops, you can do so for R1,400.
